Proposal: change the number format of BCH to match actual fiat usage

Hi

Disclaimer: I’m not an engineer. I just love BCH and the community.

One of my concerns is the following: currencies everywhere in the world are presented like this

X XXX,XX €$¥£

Why are we not using this for BCH?

It’s an honest question: it would be much easier to work for adoption.

Imagine at a shop:

Price is 5 Bitcoin Cash and 99 sats

That seems much easier to say than:

0.00736992 Bitcoin Cash

Probably there is technical reasons to explain why things are like this and I would be happy to learn more about it. It’s just pretty damn hard to use it as a unit of account right now.

That’s why every wallet displays prices in both BCH and fiat.

I hope that the community can find a solution to this real issue concerning adoption.

EDIT: repost to change the title
