Can the SV trolls please stop with the "longest chain" nonsense?
Longest chain only applies to coins using the same difficulty.
For example in the moments after the split, when both (ABC+BU+XT+etc) and SV were mining on the same difficulty, it was appropriate to use block height as a proxy for proof of work.
Now that the (ABC+BU+XT+etc) chain is mining on a harder difficulty than the SV chain, measuring chain length is pointless. As the title of this post makes clear.
Important note for SV shills who keep repeating the trope about reverting to the "original v0.1 protocol" : the original protocol had a flaw. Satoshi mistakenly assumed that the longest chain was perforce the chain with the most proof of work. Fortunately he fixed this flaw in version 0.3.3. Otherwise perhaps the testnet might reorg the real chain.
