This week a few posts highlighted how BTC core dev group was planning to change BTCs total supply sometime in the future. From what we know, by design there's a three-way balance of power between miners, users and devs.
How do users exercise their power to keep either miners or devs in check? Also, do they gain or lose that power as millions, billions adopt bitcoin?
