TX Highway is back!

So I had a bunch of messages and saw a post here saying that https://txhighway.com/ was not working (thanks for letting me know). It's fixed now, turns out there was an issue with websockets. While I was at it I updated some things, here's the changelog. There's no amazing new features but I thought I'd keep you all up to speed. Thanks again for all the support
