If I send sv coins, is this replayed on my cash coins?
Do my cash coins transactions replay on the sv chain?
Are there any other forks to worry about that don't have replay protection?
How does protection technically even work? Shouldn't all chains have to have it?
It seems like an attack vector. A user may lose some privacy if a person inspects their transactions on multiple chains and discovers where there coins were or were not replayed.
Consolidating coins seems tricky with all the forks. How do I consolidate with out losing random coins from random forks?
By the way I think forks in general are a great part of the open source system, these details simply mystify me.
Edit: I also don't understand consolidating Bitcoin core coins. Do any of the forks on core not have replay protection, and how can you consolidate core coins and their forks while keeping itrack of the various points in time when there were 1 chain, 3 chains, and now like 8 chains or whatever it is now.
