I'll tell you what it is for me... A) we have to be really careful with who we trust as our thought/opinion leaders...and B) the leaders of the community need to be on the same page with each other.
We did not do either of those things well and look what happened. I really hope we as a community can learn the lessons because history repeats itself if we don't learn from it.
But that's just my take.
