Hey reddit, first post not in the best circumstances unfortunately. Someone sent me BTC to my MyCelium wallet, I can see on the blockchain that it was confirmed but the wallet has never shown the funds. If I use my 12 word backup phrase on a different wallet will that help me recover my funds? Because I tried deleting/reinstalling the MyCelium app and restore my wallet using the 12 word phrase but the BTC still wasn’t there. And guess what, their support never picks up. Please help fellow redditors.
