Class-action lawsuits filed against Binance, Tron, Block.one, BitMEX (price manipulation) + 7 others!

This is only a summary of the lawsuits but I’ve included links to the original filings themselves and a more in depth article at the end. It’s important for everyone to stay informed.

The filing against Binance claims that the cryptocurrency exchange sold securities without a license.

Tron sold TRX in an initial coin offering, while Tron kept 35% of the TRX tokens for itself, according to the lawsuit.

This lawsuit claims that Block.one promoted, offered and sold the EOS token in the US. It refers to the $24 million settlement between Block.one and the SEC over this issue.

The lawsuit filed against HDR Global Trading (Bitmex) claims that the firm sold securities without registering as a securities exchange.

***The lawsuit makes further claims about price manipulation. It asserts that BitMEX traded against its own customers, via its trading desk, which was only revealed to exist in 2018.
