Then I could technically start spamming transactions so full blockchain would grow in size to be unattractive for the miners to support.
Can it even be a thing?
32 Mb = 33554432 bytes
33554432 bytes * 6 blocks/hour * 24 hours * 364 days/year = 1758789107712 bytes/year
1758789107712 bytes/year = 1638 gigabytes/year
That's quite a lot, given that currently we are sitting at 174 gigabytes, that's like x10 times that.
How much would it cost? Well the minimum transaction price is 1 sat = 1 byte, so 1758789107712 sats, or 17587.8910771 BCH.
Current market price: ~10,5 million United States Dollars / year
You might say "but yeah do that, it means network would receive 10.5 million dollars every year for nothing, increasing capitalisation". But current market cap is like 11,3 billion USD, so ~10.5 mil is like 0.093% of the market cap.. which amounts to nothing really.
So in case BCH will become big and will cross roads to, like, IMF and the likes, what stops them from buying BCH for 4-5 years upfront and spamming the network just to annoy us?
