SLP Indexer questions

Hello I am experimenting with SLP and I saw this from Bitcoin.com (https://developer.bitcoin.com/slp-indexer/)

I have two questions:

1) Can I run this on a low end server or raspberry pi 4? My token will have close to zero transactions per day. It's more like a test. But I guess the server has to analyse all blocks and all transactions, so idk if I will need a t3.medium or something worst could work

2) Are there any public nodes available? If yes, which are the most reliable? I don't want to run mine to reduce costs if posible.
