Benchmark all the BCH node client implementations to see which is the most optimised for big blocks.

The goal of BCH is to become the world's digital cash standard and if we can't clear a measily 128mb then what hope do we have of scaling up to a global level?

In order to calm the fears that the network can't support 128mb blocks all we have to do is benchmark the various node clients.

We already have a baseline standard to be used for comparison as shown here by Peter Rizun and Andrew Stone: https://youtu.be/5SJm2ep3X_M
