As Craig has claimed to be Satoshi he will claim that he somehow has the right to those coins. They control the code, so they control the rules. Even at today's low prices the haul would be around $100M ( if they could sell without tanking the price ). My main objection with BSV is not technical, but one of the integrity of the leadership on that project. Craig is a known scam artist and there is no way he will be able to leave that potential gain on the table and he will continue laying the groundwork in the coming months ( Expect a return of the Satoshi claims, etc... ).
