Let’s say they realize that lightning is a failure and/or not good enough, and they decide to increase the block size limit. While I agree it does not seem likely at the moment, it’s still something that could happen someday. (They were not far from going on 2mb block but then changed their mind).
So, in the case of bigger blocks on the BTC chain, what would happen to the bitcoin cash community and to the bitcoin cash edge?. Would you go back to the BTC chain ?
That’s the only threat to bitcoin cash I think, but a threat to consider, and to prepare against.
