I've asked this question to u/Tibanne a few times.
It looks like he doesn't have time or resources to maintain the bot, which is a great pity since it was the best on-chain tipping bot that I know of.
How can we as a community help?
Is the problem technical or a matter of funding or a matter of time where we can't really do anything to help?
