I have been fighting the Bitlicense and I have been following a lot of Bitcoin Criminal cases and how it can affect the Bitlicense in New York.

Just got wind of a new case. This one doesn't seems to have a big effect on the definition of Bitcoin but illustrate the pull of the United States Government.
