stuck extracting bsv from wallet

accidentally bought bsv instead of bch to my address at wallet.btc.com, they have an extraction tool but it doesnt seem to work unless I have any bch in my wallet for replay protection... I can send 0.00005260 btc for any amount of bch... thanks
