I'm thinking that perhaps SLP tokens can be created and issued which would represent an interest in the value of the DB that can be either hodled in the hopes the database's value increases, or transferred to another, or spent by way of funding a BCH cash faucet in return for access (or, as you will, selling access to) information on the DB, which faucet fund can in turn be used to fund the maintenance and improvements to the database.
My expertise don't lie in the tech field, so no matter how much I can envisage this working with the database I've bootstrapped, there's not a hope in Hayes that I can bootstrap this side of things too.
But, why not a database out there in the wild, funded to the extent it has value and use, that exists as a self maintaining, ever growing and increasingly accurate source of open source knowledge over time?
Can this be done? Would the concept likely work? Why not? Where to from here? What is the how of it all? Where and to whom can I best float this idea?
