Questions on Oracles, SLP and contracts

I am mulling over some ideas and this lead me to a few questions.

  • What happened to oracles.cash (offline) and oracles.bitcoin.com (redirects to landing page)?
  • Is it possible to make a BCH contract that offers BCH (amount determined by oracle) to emit a transaction to the chain creating another contract?
  • Can BCH contracts mint SLP tokens and if yes, can the amount be determined by oracle?
