Is there a roadmap to increase block size?

I know the BCH network hasn't even scratched the surface of the existing block size, but if you talk to any of the 'bigger' blockers who promote BSV, one of their claims is that BCH will just cap at 32 MB forever and be sabotaged in the same way that BTC was before. Obviously, this doesn't make sense because a permanent block size cap is contrary to the mission of this coin to become global p2p electronic cash. Let's say hypothetically SmartBCH really takes off and the popularity of BCH skyrockets. Is there a roadmap in place for increasing the block size cap from the existing 32 MB limit to a larger size? Are there a list of preconditions necessary for this change to even be considered?
