A chance for a pool that lets its miners vote on changes

Title about says it all.

There is an opportunity for a pool that lets its miners vote on specific changes as proposed by Bitcoin Unlimited in their BUIP089

All I know is Slush pool was ahead in the 'let miners vote' game, but it seems they don't mine BCH?

Maybe if they don't want to fill this spot, a new pool can step up and do it.
