LIC Mutual Fund Investment Learning App Reaches Over 2000 Channel Partners

More than 2,000 LIC MF’s pan-India channel partners comprising banks and LIC agents have downloaded the recently launched LIC Mutual Fund Investment Learning App, and have been trained on it.

LIC MF recently launched a digital mobile learning app known as “Talking Assets” under its “Nivesh Guru” initiative.

The LIC Mutual Fund Learning App, designed by a Mumbai-based Edutech firm functioning in the arena of investment education and financial literacy, has now been improved with the inclusion of content in Hindi.

It is vital to include content in Hindi to be easily reached to LIC’s channel partners in every part of India, and therefore the company decided to upgrade the earlier version of the learning app “Talking Assets,” said Rajesh Patwardhan, Chief Marketing Officer of LIC MF.

Mr. Patwardhan describes the update of the app as a “proud moment” for the LIC AMC. He also added that the latest version of the LIC Mutual Fund Investment Learning App will be helpful for at least 10,000 more channel partners in the near future.

The onset of the Hindi version of the mutual fund learning app will help the people in tier-2 and tier-3 cities of India to reap the benefits of vibrant growing Indian economy.

The Hindi version of “Talking Assets” will now benefit Channel partners as they can easily understand the rich information in their comfortable language and get trained well. Also, they can provide financial education to potential clients in a better manner using the information available in a language they feel comfortable with.

The “Talking Assets” app an inexpensive, digitally distributed mutual fund learning platform which facilitates the channel partners a simple way to read and understand basics of MFs with short, information-rich and fast-read content, said Mr. Lav Kumar, Head Product & Business Development, LIC MF.

LIC Mutual Fund Investment Learning App will help relationship managers and channel partners in India to update themselves on the latest developments. The app will educate channel partners to help them give better advice to the investors, said Kumar, according to IIFL.
