So Coinbase, Fidelity, and Square have launched a non-profit called the Crypto Council for Innovation, with the help of Paradigm, a shady intel front out of San Francisco. The big name at the CCI is Michael Morrell, a former director of the CIA. According to Michael's paper, BTC is hardly used for illegal activity, but it would be in world governments' best interest if more criminals used BTC.
