Crypto 360°: Bitcoin Cash Woocommerce Payment Plugin Update

New Version is out 4.18.

This is the same plugin that we use r/https://cryptartica.com

It needs code cleanup and so on. But we're slowing changing it and updating it.

We've added features we needed for ourselves and requested features.

Since last time we updated:

Exchange rate used is now saved with the order meta data and can be seen on the order page along with the previous values amount, address, etc.
Reuse address can now be turned on or off. This allows for extra privacy by never reusing addresses, that weren't actually paid to on previous orders. See settings page for more information.
Softcron will now behave the same as hardcron if DISABLE_WP_CRON is set to true. State of DISABLE_WP_CRON is also shown on the settings menu. See settings page for more information.
Improved output message for payments. Amount and msg are now also included after the address, for the user to just copy paste on to their client. QR code also features these (amount was already previously in the qr code, just message was missing).
Icon that appears on the select payment menu is now selectable! You can even upload your own icons and then select to use them. See the settings page for instructions on how to do this or use one of the existing ones.
Changed the default icon to a more modern orange.
Minor cleanup
