coinbase's bug - cannot buy any crypto

Nothing shows up after click on the "Buy Bitcoin" button.

Is this a bug or they restricted me? Because I'm in Vietnam and crypto in here is somewhat restricted.

I send them a ticket a week ago, but no response.

Does anyone have the same issue?
