Does Zhao Dong (guy who lost 6000 BTC and tells the world to trust bitfinex) control over 14% of decision making and "trust" on Blockstream's Liquid Network ?

His company D-Group is named on Blockthestream's press release as one of the 23 trusted nodes. With a little bit of investigation you'll see D-Group are heavily invested in bitfinex and OKCoin who also appear on the list as separate trusted nodes. So Dong probably in effect controls these 3 nodes.

So if Dong says "I want to print some LBTC" and just 36% of other nodes agree with him, does this mean LBTC then becomes inflationary and secretly unpegs itself from BTC ?

This is some light research after only a few hours researching all 23 companies. There's probably lots of uncovered links and connections that will smash this list down to a few people basically controlling all of LBTC (ignoring the fact that Adam Back controls 100% of node updates). Come and help here
