I'm trying to visualize the BCH goals, players & operations. Who does the actual work to develop and maintain BCH? A team of a few people working pro bono, or larger orgs with financial support? For example, who would increase the tx rate, and how much work would that take?

My questions stem from reading the below pieces, which you guys sent in reply to my past questions. This is fascinating to me. Thanks!
