Crypto Exchange Bittrex Adds BCH Support To Its USD Fiat Markets

Crypto exchange Bittrex announced on Twitter that it has added BCH support to its USD fiat markets.

Crypto exchange Bittrex officially announced on September 27 its support for the fourth largest cryptocurrency, Bitcoin Cash (BCH) in the USD market. On October 4, Bittrex officially added BCH support to its USD fiat markets thereby becoming the latest in a series of major exchanges to list the cryptocurrency in recent weeks.

Crypto exchange Bittrex stated that no initial deposits are required for personal accounts trading with fiat. The exchange explained to its users that if they decide to deposit USD, it needs to be a $1,000 minimum per wire transfer. This announcement offers an additional gateway for investors as well as for retail users between Bitcoin BCH and U.S. dollar, as the former continues to gain traction as the foremost choice for cryptocurrency payments.

Bittrex, which is the 13th largest crypto exchange in terms of trading volume, was founded in 2013. The exchange is famous for being one of the most secure exchanges of its kind. That’s the reason it appeals to investors who are looking for a cost-effective and secure cryptocurrency for USD.

Bittrex announced this move of adding BCH support to its 737,000 followers on Twitter. The exchange added in its announcement that the Bittrex accounts created before September 4 are enabled for trading on its platform, as stated in the CoinGeek report.

Crypto exchange Bittrex before listing BCH on its platform, recently also added Tron (TRX) and Litecoin (LTC) paired with USD to its platform. The exchange also notified at the time of adding TRX, it is the first USD market for TRX to be available in the U.S. It further clarified that the purpose behind launching diverse USD markets for cryptocurrencies is to avoid a particular cryptocurrency from holding dominance in the market. The exchange platform also listed other big coins for trading such as Zcash (ZEC) and Cardano (ADA), as stated in the AMBCrypto report.
