The creator and founder of Tron (TRX) Justin Sun announced on October 5 that the Bitfinex crypto exchange will be supporting the three new pairs of Tron TRX with Euro (EUR), Japanese Yen (JPY) and Pound Sterling (GBP). The Tron community sees the addition of TRX/fiat pairs as a fiat expansion plan.
Bitfinex is considered to be one of the leading crypto exchanges in the world. The exchange platform underwent a maintenance period earlier this week, where it announced that it is working on its infrastructural updates.
The Bitfinex crypto exchange’s executives feel that this move of adding three new Tron (TRX) pairs is part of a comprehensive expansion plan that will see the exchange introduce a host of new financial product offerings in the near future. By linking crypto with fiat assets, the altcoin sector as a whole will be able to gain more liquidity as well as stability.
Bitfinex is now slowly inching towards realizing its vision of creating a framework via the introduction of these new trading options, wherein it will be able to offer amazing levels of liquidity to investors. Also, with the introduction of these new crypto fiat trading pairs, the altcoin sector can eventually reduce its dependency on BTC. This will help in reducing the TRX buying costs, as stated in the Bitcoin Exchange Guide report.
Tron is one of the few coins under top-20 that seems to be performing relatively well. TRX experienced a fair level of fluctuation in the last seven days. TRX touched its week-peak on October 4, when it took a huge leap to trade at $0.0234 with a market cap of $1.54 billion.
Parolo Ardoino, the Chief Technology Officer of Bitfinex crypto exchange, recently delivered a talk about the exchange at the Ethfinex Government Summit. During his talks, he discussed the recent products EOSFinex and Ethfinex with the community. He shared that the exchange created these products to follow an unbiased approach to avoid disputes within the developers’ community, as stated in the AMBCrypto report.
