Btc hashrate was equivalent to the actual bch hashrate mere 18 months ago.

We see that around mid of 2017 btc hashrate was ~5E.

Current bch hasrate is around ~4.5E.

Out of curiosity:

In january 2017 btc was ~2.4E.

In January 2016 btc was ~0.76E (around the time Prof. Plagius claimed to be satoshi).

In august 2015 btc was ~0.36E (around the time the mass ban in rBitcoin began and tiny blocks policy + LN was settled).


Why a certain someone didn't "take over" at that time? 🤔
