Documenting this in case I’m right- Calvin Ayre will put up a show fight, which he will intentionally lose, all the while hoarding BCH and placing massive, leveraged bets on the outcome.

The title says it all. He’s a gambler. It’s like fixing a boxing match. He may or may not have the resources to “win a hash battle,” but he certainly has the power to influence the price.

I’ve thought about this whole thing a lot, and this explanation makes the most sense to me.
