ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund CPO Fund – Series IV – Plan D Declares Dividend

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund CPO Fund – Series IV – Plan D scheme has declared dividend under the dividend option of its Regular and Direct Plans. The fund house has announced October 05, 2018, as the record date for declaration of the dividend of the scheme.

Accordingly, the amount of dividend of the ICICI Prudential Capital Protection Oriented Fund – Series IV – 60 Months – Plan D scheme will be 0.0500 Rupee per unit on the face value of 10 Rupees per unit.

The scheme objective of the Capital Protection Oriented Fund of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund is to protect capital by investing a part of the assets in good quality debt instruments and money market securities. The scheme also aims to provide capital appreciation by investing the remaining portion of the assets in equity and equity-related instruments.

The ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund CPO Fund – Series IV – Plan D scheme which was launched in September 2013 with a face value of 10.00 Rupees per unit and fund size of 130.39 Crore Rupees is benchmarked against CRISIL Hybrid 85+15 Conservative Index.

The Capital Protection Oriented Fund of the fund house has the NAV (Net Asset Value) of 15.9777 Rupees as on October 01, 2018, AUM (Asset Under Management) of 135.12 Crore Rupees, and the expense ratio of 2.56 percent.

The ICICI Prudential Capital Protection Oriented Fund has been managed by Rahul Goswami, Rajat Chandak and Atul Patel since September 2013. Chandni Gupta is also managing the closed-end conservative hybrid fund since August 2016.

Mr. Goswami has worked with UTI Bank Ltd. and Franklin Templeton Asset Management Pvt. Ltd and Mrs. Gupta has worked with Morgan Stanley, HSBC Bank and Standard Chartered Mutual Fund before joining ICICI Prudential AMC, according to The Economic Times.

Mr. Chandak has been working with ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund since 2008, and Mr. Patel has extensive experience in ADR/GDR and other foreign securities related to ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company.
