My letter to btcmarkets.net on their avoidance of the term "Bitcoin Cash" - any suggestions for an alternative exchange for Australians?

I'm only posting it here since I haven't had a reply and I sent this about 2 weeks ago.

"Hey btcmarkets

I've been using your service for years now and love it.

I understand that you are aiming to remain impartial on the controversial fork last year, and I thank you for giving everyone access to their coins (mine included) if they happened to be on the exchange at the time of the split.

My email is to gather some clarity on the use of the ticker BCH and what I assume to be avoidance of the term "Bitcoin Cash".

Bitcoin cash has existed for over a year now, and politics aside - it seems appropriate for the full name to be used.

I don't want to move my business elsewhere, in fact I hope to continue to use your service for years - but as someone who mostly trades and uses Bitcoin Cash - I'd be forced to look elsewhere if my preferences are treated with less respect than others on your website.
