If USA bans bitcoin, heres the simple process wall street will use to buy bitcoin. (aka it can't be banned)
imagine Apple wants to buy bitcoin but the gov makes some new laws saying companies can't buy bitcoin.
- setup new company in another country
- use the new company to buy bitcoin
- buy private shares of that company.
- "we dont own any bitcoin, we just own shares of this company"
wall street trillion dollar companies don't even pay taxes cus they do shit like this. Bans only stop poor people from doing things. billionaires find a way. loophole
