I won't be surprised if a major ban sweep will take place in r/Bitcoin soon to eliminate all the legitimately concerned users given how Blockstream clearly neglected the LN. Their goal is almost accomplished anyway so that sub is going be left out of their campaign.

Even if the remaining BTC supporters won't accept their excuses, as BTC holders they are essentially Blockstream stock holders at this point and will keep defending BS or they'll lose their investment.
